Here at The Vale, we offer the ideal flexible space, catering options and an experienced team to ensure every event is a success. Located in the heart of the Vale of Evesham, just 20 minutes from Junction 6 and junction 7 of the M5 and 25 minutes from Junction 3 of the M42, nowhere could be easier to find.
Whether you’re looking for a small private working space, a room to interview, planning a strategy meeting, or a large style conference for a single or multiple-day event, The Vale would love to work with you. We offer 4 function rooms varying in size, offering inspiring, thought-provoking and engaging spaces suitable for 1 – 200 people, allowing you to choose the right space for you.
Our experienced events team are on hand to make planning easy and take the stress off your shoulders.
Among the secluded grounds we also have the added attractions of the 18 hole International golf course, 9 hole Lenches course and Toptracer driving range, putting green and fishing lake. Let us build a bespoke package for you and your delegates to have some fun after an intense day of meetings.
Our Meeting Rooms
The Vale has 4 rooms available all offering abundant natural daylight, airy space and comfortable seating. Free high speed WiFi to keep you connected throughout your event and ample free car parking. What more do you need from a venue?
The Sir William Lyons Suite
The Sir William Lyons Suite seats up to 200 people and is ideal for larger conferences, presentations and award events.
The Vale Suite
The Vale Suite seats up to 50 people and is the ideal space for board meetings, brainstorming sessions, training, presentations and workshops.
The Board Room
The Board Room seats up to 30 people and is a dedicated private space for smaller meetings, interviews, small presentations and business groups. It also makes an ideal breakout space.
The Vale Hub
The Vale Hub is a new space, suitable for individual workers, one-on-one interviews, or small groups or meetings of up to 4 people. Available for full day (£120), half day (£70), or hourly hire (£22), including VAT.

You’ll be sure to find the right menu to suit your event needs. We offer a range of catering packages to suit every event and taste, from light refreshments, buffets, bbqs and carvery options, to more formal style dining.

Accommodation
Our onsite lakeside accommodation provides a scenic setting for your attendees to relax and recharge before or after a busy day of meetings or presentations.
Our 9 cabins can accommodate up to 20 people, parking is free for the duration of their stay. All rooms include ensuite bathrooms and lakeside balconies.
